This online store was designed to enable all Hyundai retail users to purchase Hyundai branded merchandise with ease. This store is managed by The Fregolle Group, Inc.

What is the turn-around time on my order?

All in-stock orders ship from Wilmington, Ohio. Orders placed before 1:00pm EST will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the next business day. On-demand garments, premiums & giveaways, and custom items ship approximately 24 hours to 7 days after the order is placed. Check individual item descriptions for exact production time. Tracking will be emailed as items ship.

Where do I place my order?

To place an online order, add items to your cart by hitting the “Add To Cart” button for the items you would like to purchase. Once you are done selecting items, complete the checkout process via your shopping cart. If not automatically directed to your shopping cart, hit the shopping cart symbol in the top right corner of the page. Hit “Checkout” and complete the process by adding your shipping and billing information.

What are the payment options for purchasing promotional products?

You can check out using a credit card or gift certificate. Acceptable credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, Next Day, Second Day or International Economy DDU. Appropriate charges will apply to the shipping method chosen. Tracking of shipments will be sent via email.

How do I check the status of my order online?

After signing in, click your name in the top right of the Homepage. This will take you to your Account. You can access your Order History and view status for recent orders. Locate the order you want to check and click "View Order Details". If you have entered a valid email address, the system emails a confirmation when an order is placed and a tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive an email, try checking your Spam/Junk folder.

After placing an order, can I change or cancel it?

Once an order has been submitted, you will not be able to edit or cancel it online. Please contact HyundaiMerch@dfpromotions.com for assistance. We should be able to stop the order or make changes if you contact us right after the order was placed. You can also call us at 800-226-8609.

Is the store website secure?

All purchasing information is encrypted for privacy and sent through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Furthermore, your credit card information is never stored.

What is the return policy?

All stock items may be returned within 30 days if defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact the Hyundai Merchandise Team at 800-226-8609 or via email HyundaiMerch@dfpromotions.com. Instructions will be given for the return.

How do I update my profile?

To create/update a profile, you will need to be registered on the site. If not already registered, you may do so by clicking “Register” in the top right corner of the homepage. Once registered, Login from the Homepage, click on your name in the top right corner, and make changes. The information in your profile will automatically populate the required fields in your shopping cart each time you shop.

What if I forget my account password?

If you forget your password, click "Login" in the top right corner of the homepage. At the user sign-in screen, click "Forgot Password?". You will need to request a password reset by entering the email address associated with your account, and then clicking "Reset Password". You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
